Goods can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days from date of purchase or 21 days from date of purchase* for Star Card Members |

All exchanges/refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt, packaging and all part intact and unopened. |

All approved refunds will be returned via the same mode
of payment as specified on the original receipt. Gift
certificates, coupons or third party merchants vouchers
are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind or
to any other vouchers. |

All unsealed CD, MD, VHS, VCD, DVD, video game hardware
and software, trading card games and consumables sold
are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. |

Delivery charges are non-refundable. |
