All applicants for Singapore Toys"R"Us Star Card ("Star Card") must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid Singapore residential address |

The Star Card is not a credit card and no credit facilities will be offered to the cardholder. The points ("Star Points") accumulated under the Star Card and Star Link Program ("the Program") in Singapore do not have any cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. The Star Points will remain the property of Toys"R"Us Singapore Private Limited. |

The Star Card has to be activated in order to enjoy the Star Offers and/or accumulate Star Points. The Star Card will only be activated with a NETT purchase of S$50 in a single receipt.

The Star Card must be presented at the point of purchase in order to enjoy the Star Offers and/or accumulate Star Points, provided the Star Card has been activated. |

Accumulation of Star Points will only commence after the Star Card has been activated and will expire at the end of 12 months thereafter ("Star Period") and each subsequent Star Period will commence on the expiry of the previous one. Any Star Points not used for the issuance of the Star Cash Coupons on the last day of the 12th month, will be forfeited and cannot be carried over to the next Star Period. |

Star Card Member will earn 1 Star Point for every S$1 spent. The Star Points shall be calculated on the NETT value of the transaction and rounded down to the nearest dollar.

Star Points can only be earned for purchases made within Toys"R"Us main stores. Purchases made outside Toys"R"Us main stores and/or at Concessionaires will not earn Star Points.

Star Points are also awarded for purchase of Toys"R"Us Gift Certificates. However, no Star Points will be awarded when such Toys"R"Us Gift Certificates are exchanged for goods.

With every 250 Star Points earned, Star Card Members will be entitled to a S$10 Star Cash Coupon.

To qualify for the Star Cash Coupon, Star Card Members must accumulate 250 Star Points within a stipulated qualifying period (approximately 6 months). At the end of the qualifying period, Star Card Members will receive their Reward Statement & Star Cash Coupon (if Star Card Member is entitled). Please visit www.toysrus.com.sg for the latest qualifying period.

Star Cash Coupons can be used at any Toys"R"Us main stores in Singapore, on storewide purchases except for purchases of electronic games and software, baby products (including diapers, food, juice, bath and healthcare items), food items and Toys"R"Us Gift Certificates. There is no minimum purchase for use of Star Cash Coupons and multiple Star Cash Coupons are permissible per redemption per visit. Unless otherwise stated, all Cash Coupons must be utilized within the period stated therein and shall not be renewable for whatever reasons.

Toys"R"Us Exchange/Refund Policy applies to all Star Cards and the Program. To refund goods, Star Card Member has to present the receipt and corresponding points will be deducted from the Star Card.

The annual membership fee will be waived only in the first year. Toys"R"Us reserves the right, without prior notice, to charge S$5 or such amount being membership fee in the second year and thereafter for accounts earning less than 250 Star Points in any given Star Period.

Toys"R"Us reserves the right to decline application, re-issue or withdraw the Star Card without providing reasons at any time. Toys"R"Us is entitled, for any reason, and at any time without liability or notice, to suspend the calculation and accrual of Star Points, to rectify any errors in the calculation or otherwise adjust such calculation. Toys"R"Us is also entitled, for any reason, and at any time without liability or notice, vary modify or amend any of the terms and conditions or terminate the Program, as it may, in its absolute discretion think fit and the Star Member shall be bound by such variations, amendments and/or termination.

Applicants of the Program are responsible for obtaining the prior written consent of the individual Star Card Member when applying to combine the points of respective individual Star Card Members to the link account. Toys"R"Us reserves the right, without providing any reason, to accept or reject the application for combining the points of any individual Star Card Members to the designated main account. |

The Star Card Member unconditionally authorizes Toys"R"Us Singapore Private Limited the right to transfer personal data disclosed in the Membership Form to any departments within Toys"R"Us Singapore Private Limited for accounting and promotional purposes. The Star Card Member is entitled to update his/her personal data which is kept and maintained by Toys"R"Us Singapore Private Limited.

The Star Card Member unconditionally authorizes Toys"R"Us Singapore Private Limited the right to transfer personal data disclosed in the Membership Form to carefully selected partners for promotional purposes. The Star Card Member is entitled at all times by written notice to Toys"R"Us Singapore Private Limited to choose not to receive such promotional materials.

The Star Card, the Program, and their relevant privileges are only applicable within Toys"R"Us stores in Singapore and Hong Kong (use of the Star Card in Hong Kong is governed by Clause 19 & 20 below). |

Use of Star Card in Hong Kong: The Star Card can be used in all Toys"R"Us main stores in Hong Kong to earn Star Points. The NETT purchase in HK$ will be automatically converted to S$ according to the prevailing exchange rate being used by Toys"R"Us Asia Group at the material time. The converted Star Point will then be credited into the Star Card Member's account. Star Points earned in Hong Kong will be shown as "Overseas Transaction" in the Reward Statement. |

The Star Points accumulated in the Star Card Member's account is not transferable to a Hong Kong Star Card account and vice versa.

If the Star Card is lost, stolen or damaged, Star Card Members should call Toys"R"Us Star Hotline (65) 6733 0190 for replacement card. Toys"R"Us reserves the right to impose a fee for replacing a Star Card.

The Star Cards are issued by and remain the sole property of Toys"R"Us Singapore Private Limited. |

The Star Card and the Program are promoted by Toys"R"Us Singapore Private Limited.

All Star Cards and the Program are subjected to the terms and conditions, which include such terms and conditions as may be varied, supplemented or modified by Toys"R"Us at its sole discretion from time to time without prior notice. |

Toys"R"Us is entitled, at any time, in its absolute discretion and without giving any reason or notice, terminate the Program or withdraw, cancel or invalidate any Star Points already issued. |
| 26. |
Toys"R"Us' records of all matters relating to the Program shall be conclusive and binding on the Star Card Members. |
| 27. |
Toys"R"Us' decision on all matters relating to the Program shall be final and binding on the Star Card Members and no correspondence will be entertained. |
