Return & Exchange Policy

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated below.

Return Policy

Our return policy covers all regular priced items and is valid for 14 days from date of purchase or 21 days from date of purchase for Star Card Members* from the date of receipt. Refunds and exchange is strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated time period. Returns are only accepted for defected items or items grossly misrepresented in product listings. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact.

Several types of goods are excluded from our return policy due to hygiene reasons, including but not limited to inner wear, baby products, teethers, comsumables etc. All clearance items may not come in mint condition and are strictly non-refundable. Blind packs goods sold are strictly non-returnable or exchangeable.

Gift with Purchase (GWP) - In the event of product return, the redeemed Gift with Purchase must be returned in original unopened packaging along with the purchased product.

Used and damaged items due to wear and tear are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable - there are no exceptions to this.

If you meet the above criteria you may apply for a exchange or refund.

Exchange Policy

In the event that the item is out-of-stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available item, or receive a refund on the purchase (if refund policy below is met). For exchanges to other available items of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For exchanges to other available items of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value. Gift cards, coupons or third party merchants' vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind or to any other vouchers.

Refund Policy

A refund (on the original amount paid for the returned item) will only be available if your returned item is out-of-stock. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refund request is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days.

A refund will be process if your item is out-of-stock or you may choose to wait for the next available shipment. We are able to process partial refund on your order if your refund request is approved. Delivery charges are strictly non-refundable. All exchanges or refunds can only be done at Toys'R'Us stores. Toys'R'Us & Babies'R'Us reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the requirements are not met. In case of dispute, Toys'R'Us & Babies'R'Us will have the right to make the final decision with no exceptions.

*For Star Card Members to qualify for 21 days, the Star Card must have been used to purchase the intended exchange/refund item as reflected on the receipt.
