Toysrus.com.sg delivers only within Singapore.

Our Couriers

Toys R Us Singapore uses Ninja Van to ensure your delivery is fast and affordable.

Shipping Fees (For online purchase)

Shipping Fee is calculated based on the order amount (Nett).

Shipping fees are shown in your cart once you have logged into your Toysrus.com.sg account. First time shoppers will need to create an account with toysrus.com.sg first and provide your delivery address.

Free Delivery will be offered if the total nett purchase of a single transaction meets $80.00 for any online order.

Estimated Delivery Times

You will typically receive your order between 5 - 7 business days. No deliveries will be made on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Orders are typically packed and dispatched to our couriers within 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Our agreement with our couriers is to deliver the items within an additional 2-3 days on average. We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes but please note that Estimated Delivery Times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Do expect longer than usual delivery times during new launches, flash sale events (e.g LEGO Sale, 11.11, 12.12) and Christmas season

Gift Wrapping Services

Not avaliable at the moment due to covid-19 restrictions. 

PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Post Offices

Toys”R”Us Singapore is unable to deliver PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices.

Receiving Your Order

All orders must be signed. Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.

What if no one is available to sign for the delivery?

If you are not home to accept delivery our couriers will leave an attempted delivery slip behind. Different couriers will manage the subsequent delivery differently. It will usually be in the following depending on the courier used:

  • Arrange re-delivery of order within 7 working days
  • Only 2 re-delivery attempts will be made

Lost/Stolen Parcels

Toys"R"Us is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels during delivery. For disputes, kindly contract Ninja Van at +65 6602 8271 or email support_sg@ninjavan.co 

Tracking You Order

You will receive an email with a tracking ID once your parcel have been collected by Ninja Van. You may check on your delivery status here: https://www.ninjavan.co/en-sg/tracking
